Job description
An Emirati family is seeking an experienced Live-out Butler / Household Manager to oversee the smooth running of their private residence in Al Khawaneej, Dubai, UAE.
This is a key role focused on managing household operations, supervising staff, and maintaining high standards of organization, presentation, and service within the home.
The residence is a private villa accommodating a family of 8, supported by a team of drivers, 7 housemaids, and security personnel.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the smooth and efficient running of the private residence on a daily basis.
- Manage, train, and supervise household staff to ensure high performance and service standards.
- Maintain impeccable organization across all areas of the home, including wardrobes, storage, and household systems.
- Oversee household inventory and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation are consistently maintained.
- Welcome and host guests, delivering a professional, discreet, and seamless service experience.
- Handle table settings and support the preparation of the home for gatherings and events in coordination with the chef.
- Provide personal support to the family, including wardrobe management, packing and unpacking for travel, and overseeing laundry care.
- Remain flexible and available to travel with the family when required.
Requirements
- Currently based in the UAE.
- Previous experience working with private or royal local families.
- Strong familiarity with Emirati culture (essential).
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Detail-oriented, discreet, and proactive.
- Flexible with travel requirements.
- Open to all nationalities.
