UHNW Client is looking for a Personal Trainer in Durban with experience in training various clients through corrective exercise techniques to improve his/her health and appearance through physical exercise.
Requirements
- Experience working for private clients as Personal Trainer/Sports Instructor
- Certified Personal Trainer
- Experience of working in fitness centres, health clubs would be a plus
- Excellent knowledge of gym, specialist in training equipment
- Fluent English
- Confidence

- Self motivation
- Organizational skills

- Flexible
- Good and healthy appearance
Duties and responsibilities
- Teaching and coaching physical fitness
- Building lean muscle tone and strength
- Improving posture and stance of the client
- Back pain amendment
- Making the client feel comfortable in the gym
- Weight management
- Educating, motivating and coaching the clients to follow his/her program safely and effectively
- Giving advice on health improvement and health nutrition
- Promoting healthy nutrition diet
- Helping with the workouts and accompanying the client in the training sessions
Schedule
Flexible schedule, to be agreed with the client

Contract
Permanent position, with a trial period of 3 weeks.
