Yoga Instructor Job
A young lady living in Durban North near the Durban City is looking for a private yoga and pilates instructor to improve her strength, stamina, physical appearance, spiritual development and overall health.
The successful candidate should be trained and experienced in what he/she does.
Requirements
- Experience for a private client as yoga/pilates instructor
- Experience in delivering lessons in sports clubs
- Training, workshops and certificates in pilates and yoga (Aura Workshop)
- Certificate in Holistic Aromatherapy
- Fluent English
- Compliance with the conditions of the non-disclosure of confidential information
- Patience
- Attentive
- Flexibility
- Neat and healthy appearance
Duties and responsibilities
- Training and advising the lady
- Providing of trainings using a variety of pilates equipment
- Help in stretching and strengthening of muscles
- Teaching a variety of strengthening and relaxation exercises
- Teaching breathing and relaxation techniques
- Teaching meditation and spiritual discovery

Permanent position, with a trial period of 1 month. Start – June, 2016
