As a Private Chef Cook, you will play a pivotal role in our kitchen, responsible for crafting and presenting delectable dishes that showcase our commitment to culinary artistry. Vacancy duties and responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a wide variety of dishes, including appetizers, main courses, and desserts.
- Develop and refine recipes, ensuring consistent quality and taste.
- Supervise and train kitchen staff, fostering a culture of excellence and adherence to food safety standards.
- Plan menus and create innovative dishes that cater to our clientele's preferences.
- Manage inventory and order supplies to maintain freshness and quality.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace, following strict hygiene standards.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the restaurant management team to develop and update menus.
- Monitor food costs and work to optimize kitchen efficiency.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and incorporate new techniques and ingredients into the menu.
Profile requirement
- Proven experience as a Chef in a fine dining restaurant or upscale establishment.
- Culinary degree or equivalent certification.
- Strong passion for food and creativity in the kitchen.
- Exceptional cooking skills and knowledge of various cuisines.
- Leadership and team management abilities.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Adherence to food safety and hygiene standards.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
- Valid UAE work permit (if applicable).
