Artist working in the 2nd arrondissement of Paris is looking for an experienced Personal Assistant (PA), male or female, to take care of their personal schedule and work under the supervision of the senior personal assistant.
The artist has a constantly changing schedule that requires a lot of open-mindedness and flexibility in organizing daily activities.

Vacancy duties and responsibilities
- Work in collaboration with the senior personal assistant.
- Organize the artist's travels (transportation, accommodations, appointments, outings, plan the entourage, chauffeur, etc.).
- Occasionally travel to different countries to ensure proper setup of properties.
- Go to Le Bourget to check the private jet's provisioning before the client's flight.
- Monitor the schedule of chauffeurs provided by a service company.
- Handle organization and logistics for the client's dog's travels.
- Manage organization and logistics regarding the traceability of valuable objects and artworks for the client (repairs, transportation, insurance, etc.).
Profile requirement
- Male or female
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a personal assistant
- High level of proactivity and flexibility
- Organized, dedicated, adaptable, and willing to step out of their comfort zone
- Highly committed and able to adapt easily
- Clear-minded and lucid
- Good level of English
- Highly available in case of contact outside of regular working hours
- Meticulous in organizing travels
- French speaking
Job Condition
- Full-time, Monday to Friday
- Position available as soon as possible
