Keys Responsibilities
- Account Management: Assist the manager in handling the account, ensuring all details, data, and transactions are up to date and accurate.
- Communication: Serve as a liaison between the manager and clients, stakeholders, or other departments, ensuring timely and effective communication.
- Scheduling and Meetings: Organize, coordinate, and ensure the manager's schedule is updated. Assist in setting up meetings, taking minutes, and ensuring follow-ups.
- Documentation: Maintain all account-related documentation and ensure files are organized, accessible, and confidential.
- Reporting: Generate regular reports on account performance, highlighting any discrepancies or areas of improvement.
- Research & Analysis: Conduct market research as required and assist in analysing data for decision-making processes.
- Problem-Solving: Address any account-related issues, providing solutions promptly.
- Administrative Duties: Handle daily administrative tasks such as email correspondence, phone calls, and other clerical duties.
Profile requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an assistant or administrative role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Detail-oriented and proactive approach.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of the local culture and business etiquette in Dubai.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
