Our Training School, Morgan & Mallet School, is seeking an experienced trainer to deliver our training program at our luxury property near Bordeaux.
You will be responsible for teaching our educational program designed for our household staff to ensure a high-end service that meets the high standards of our prospective clients.

Vacancy duties and responsibilities

  • Deliver our training courses while adhering to our pedagogical content
  • Ensure student progress and follow the processes of our training organization
  • Evaluate students and their progress through practical cases and quizzes
  • Be available for customized on-site training at clients' premises
  • Collaborate with the training officer concerning students and evaluations​

Profile requirement

  • Speak French
  • Significant experience as a household manager for high-end clients
  • Pedagogical skills with excellent communication abilities
  • Hold an NDA (Activity Declaration Number) or be willing to apply for one Have authoritative expertise in the field of household management
  • Passionate about knowledge transfer
