The owner of a castle located a few kilometers from Gisors (60) is looking for a Couple of Property Guardians responsible for the general maintenance of the estate and the surveillance of the site.
The couple, who wish to commit for the long term, will provide reliable assistance to the employer on a daily basis. A housekeeper and a cook are already present at the castle.
The position is based near Gisors in the Oise (60). It is a permanent contract with accommodation to be filled in November 2023.

Vacancy duties and responsibilities
Mister
- Ensuring the proper functioning and general maintenance of the property where the owner resides
- Supervision and coordination of maintenance, repair, and renovation work undertaken on the property and its outbuildings
- Taking charge of the surveillance and protection of the property and its outbuildings, guard duty
- Coordination with service providers, drafting specifications and negotiating quotes, presenting to the owner for validation, checking invoices and transmitting them to the owner's
- Treasurer for payment
- Coordination with the owner's
- Treasurer regarding all ongoing expenses and budgets
- Management of mail and parcels
- Monitoring of staff days off and absences and transmitting the information to the owner's human resources department In the absence of the driver, transportation of the owner and/or her family
- DIY and occasional repairs
- Regular reporting to the owner
- Complete maintenance of the residence, performing all household tasks in all rooms
- Maintenance of furniture, precious decorative objects, floors, etc
- Care of the owner's and house linen
- Organizing work in partnership with the housekeeper present
- Table service
- Taking charge of purchases in sharing and coordination with the Chef and the Steward In the absence of the Chef, preparation of family-style meals respecting the dietary requirements and restrictions of the owner
Profile requirement
- Experience of 3 to 5 years minimum in a similar position
- Kind and pleasant couple, looking for long-term employment
- People of total trust, discreet, serious, and reliable
- Dynamic and flexible couple
- Having capacities for autonomy and organization
- Good speaking skills and excellent presentation
- Perfect command of French and some knowledge of English
- Driving license required for each

Guardian couple Salary
Net monthly salary: 2500€ net/month/person. Remuneration over 13 months.
