We are a leading household staffing agency based in Dubai, providing exceptional domestic staffing services to high-end clients across Middle East. We are currently looking for a skilled and experienced Household Staff Recruiter to join our team.

Vacancy duties and responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Identify suitable candidates for open positions, conduct interviews, and make hiring recommendations.
  • Write job descriptions, review resumes, and screen potential candidates.
  • Register the candidate on Morgan Mallet Database
  • Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for all parties involved.
  • Negotiate salary and benefits packages with candidates and clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activity and provide regular reports to senior management.

Profile requirement

​
  • Proven experience in recruitment industry, ideally in a high-end domestic staffing agency.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
