One of our HNW client is seeking an experienced live-in Couple for their large estate in the idyllic countryside of Beaconsfield. The couple will oversee and handle the day to day running of the residence.
The principal travels regularly and is looking for flexible individuals who are trustworthy, discreet and willing to go the extra mile to ensure the smooth running of the household.
The successful couple will be hands on in their approach, happy to help in any areas to include animal care and be hard-working, flexible to develop with the role.

Vacancy duties and responsibilities
The ideal couple we are seeking …
- Happy, pleasant, affable and friendly characters.
- Both individuals to be fluent in English.
- Able and energetic with a ‘can do’ attitude and ‘hands on’ approach.
- Good with IT and technical matters.
- Carrying out small handyman jobs and overseeing local tradesmen.
- Supervising our full-time gardener and other contractors.
- Dealing with projects and management issues with expertise.
- Previous experience in similar domestic duties.
- Competent housekeeping, shopping and laundry duties.
- Good home cooking skills (including occasional dinner parties).
- Excellent attention to security and being fully confidential.
- Able and willing to get on with animals … alpacas, 2x donkeys, 2x dogs and a cat.
- Confident driving (Rolls Royce/Range Rover) in London and surrounding areas.
- Possibly willing to travel to Europe for potential Villa holidays.
Profile requirement
- Previous private household experience required.
- Love for the countryside
- Good spoken English
- Flexible
- Full drivers’ licence
- Passports
- Checkable references from previous employers
Job Condition
- Beautiful private detached two-bedroom cottage with conservatory and own garden.
- Provision and use of staff/company car.
- Working hours Monday to Friday, 7.30am to 4.30pm with a one-hour break
- (With the ability to work flexible/alternative hours as and when required).
- 23 days paid holiday per annum plus Bank Holidays.
- Sorry no pets or children.
Estate Manager Salary
Annual salary (for couple) in the region of £100k-£125k depending on experience and suitability … plus FOC accommodation.
