A prestigious, dynamic, and innovative family company that produces and trades exceptional wines is seeking a Butler to lead and coordinate all private and professional events at the Châteaux of the estate, while respecting traditions and protocol.

Vacancy duties and responsibilities
- Coordinate all prestigious events, private or professional receptions, while respecting protocol and representing the family and the estate.
- Participate in the arrangement of spaces for private and company receptions, in line with the spirit of the House and traditions.
- Lead table service with internal or external staff.
- Be able to provide French-style table service, either plated or from a serving dish.
- Be present during events and ensure their flawless organization.
- Ensure the comfort of guests and the family, be attentive to their requests, and be able to respond to all demands.
- Ensure the preservation of assets and maintain reception and residential areas in perfect condition.
- Participate in the management of furniture and furnishings reserves.
- Knowledge of specific maintenance of grand silverware and antique tableware.
- Manage purchases and stocks of food products for the pantries.
- Organize and manage the possible intervention of subcontractors.
- Ensure supplier follow-up for the department.
Profile requirement
- Candidate (M/F) with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Someone who values and respects traditions and is familiar with demanding environments.
- Practical knowledge of the luxury industry is a plus.
- Passionate about and knowledgeable in the field.
- Discreet, responsible, and completely trustworthy.
- Strong attention to detail and observation.
- Calm, highly flexible, and dedicated.
- Autonomous, capable of taking initiatives.
- Responsive, proactive, and reliable.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Very good level of English and French required.
- Driving license mandatory.
