We are in search of a highly skilled Private Asian Chef to join the culinary team of a prestigious VVIP client in Dubai, UAE. In this exclusive role, you will take on the responsibility of crafting exquisite Japanese, Chinese, and Thai cuisine for two esteemed principals and their occasional guests within a lavish, high-end residence.

Vacancy duties and responsibilities
- Prepare and expertly cook breakfast, lunch, and dinner, showcasing your mastery of Japanese, Chinese, and Thai cuisines.
- Craft personalized menus that cater to the unique preferences of the principals and their esteemed guests.
- Uphold the highest culinary standards, ensuring dishes are prepared and presented to perfection in alignment with the client's exacting tastes.
- Work in close collaboration with the household staff to ensure seamless and impeccable dining experiences.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, including ingredient procurement, kitchen organization, and inventory management.
- Maintain impeccable cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the kitchen and related areas.
- Accommodate dietary restrictions and preferences as needed.
Profile requirement
- Possess 10-15 years of culinary expertise, with a strong focus on Asian cuisine.
- Previous experience working in private yachts or VIP villas is a fundamental requirement.
- Demonstrated track record of long-term commitment and dedication in prior positions.
- In consideration of cultural factors, preference is given to male candidates.
- Showcase exceptional culinary creativity and the ability to present dishes to the highest standards.
- Exhibit strong organizational and leadership qualities.
