A young VIP couple is looking for a Housekeeper in order to take care of their property in Kensington, London. The family travels a lot that is why the candidate will have to look after their 5-bedroom house and make sure that it is clean and in order at all times.
The Housekeeper will have to work together with the Butler/Chef and will have to help set up the table especially when guests are in the house.
Requirements
- 3 years’ experience working for a private family/client
- Fluent English
- Checkable references
- Able to work in a small team
- Ability to take care of different kind of surfaces (marble, granite, wood)
- Organized and meticulous
- Responsible
- Multitasking
- Wardrobe management skills will be a plus
Duties and responsibilities
- Moping, dusting, vacuuming of the house
- General cleaning every day and deep cleaning once per month
- Laundering and ironing
- Changing bed linen and towels
- Packing and unpacking Lady’s luggage
- Organizing Lady’s wardrobe
- Groceries shopping
- Table service when required
- Choosing and ordering cleaning products
Start – Mid January
Schedule – 5 days per week (Monday-Friday); sometimes Saturday when the client is in the property (will be agreed beforehand)
