Private Chef Cook Job and Vacancy


​Russian family living in Rolle, canton of Vaud, Switzerland is looking for an experienced Russian-speaking Chef / Cook.
The family spends about 50 % of their time in the house in Switzerland as well as travels a lot.

Candidate should be very flexible when the principals are at home. 

Requirements
  • At least 10 years’ experience 
  • Russian and French speaking
  • Constant availability
  • Driving license and own vehicle
  • Work permit in Switzerland

Duties and responsibilities
  • Cooking  of simple meals, creating exquisite dishes would be a plus
  • Cooking dishes from Italian, Russian and Japanese cuisine
  • Cooking for the principals, their child and other domestic personnel, when necessary
  • Organization of events and dinners for up to 14 people
  • Cooking of dietary cuisine, healthy food
  • Cooking of light breakfast, lunch and dinner
  • Table setting and serving dishes
  • Inventory management and purchasing of products
  • Expenditure report
  • Weekly menu planning
  • Ability to travel abroad with the family

Contract
  • Full-time employment or self-employed candidate
  • Trial period is 3 months
  • Start - September 2016
