House Manager Job Offer and Vacancy
Foreign HNW family residing in Lovemore Park, Port Elizabeth, South Africa, in summer time is looking for a House Manager to manage their beautiful 5 bedroom house of 570 m2 and land area of 2200 m2 as well as manage the work of all household staff (2 housekeepers, gardener, handyman, travelling chef and a butler). A perfect candidate should have an extensive experience and be a good leader.
This is a live in position. A separate room in the house with all needed appliances is provided.
Start – end of May, 2016

Duties and responsibilities
- Managing the house and all surrounding area (pool, tennis court, electric fencing, irrigation system, air conditioners)
- Overseeing the territory of the estate
- Ensuring the proper work of all the equipment in the estate
- Leading and monitoring the work of all household staff
- Providing training to the staff if needed
- Planning all events for the family (during their residing in the estate)
- Controlling the work of suppliers and contractors
- Monitoring the alarm system in the estate
- Detection of all possible problems and finding the best solution for them
- Planning of expenditures
- Producing monthly report to the employer
