Companion Job


​A client is looking for a companion to work in a permanent position in Deauville.  This is a live-in position. Accommodation and food is also provided. Start – ASAP.

Requirements
  • Experience as a companion
  • Fluent French
  • Neat appearance
  • Well-educated
  • Calm
  • Love cooking

Duties and responsibilities
  • Providing help with housekeeping
  • Making company to the Lady
  • Reassuring the Lady and making her feel safe
  • Being near the Lady during day and night time
  • Being able to provide quick assistance at night time (responding to the sound of a bell) if necessary
  • Cooking healthy food using fresh products
  • Shopping for groceries
  • Cleaning the room and bathroom
  • Arrangement of walks and leisure activities of a Lady
  • Motivating and coaching the Lady to develop intellectually and do physical activities (listening to classical music, going to the cinema ...)
  • Encouraging the Lady to do grooming independently and / or with assistance
  • Providing daily care (hygiene)
  • Helping the Lady with getting dressed
  • Working in a team with other personnel
  • Being adaptable to mood swings of the Lady (due to the restriction of her ability to work)
  • Constant assistance with household issues

Schedule
From Monday to Friday (24 hours per day)

Accommodation
Separate room with a bathroom which is on the same floor as the Lady’s room

Salary
Salary 175 euros  net per day (3 600 euros per month)
