Housekeeper/Maid Job and Vacancy


An UHNW family is searching for a full-time housekeeper for their 5-bedroom mansion with a roof swimming pool in Beverly Hills, Los Angeles. The position is for a highly experienced housekeeper who can stay for a long term.

​The right candidate should be pet-friendly as there are 2 Chihuahua dogs, the parrot and a cat.      

Duties and responsibilities
  • High quality cleaning of all areas in the house (5 bedrooms, kitchen, 3 bathrooms, living room, dining room, corridors and laundry room, pets area)
  • Cleaning kitchen supplies
  • Assisting the cook during receptions 
  • Laundry and ironing to high standards
  • Taking care of luxury clothes and jewellery  
  • Getting clothes dry cleaned
  • Surface polishing (marble, wood, glass, stone)  
  • Cleaning of windows, carpets, and the fireplace 
  • Cleaning near-the-pool area
  • Taking care, feeding and cleaning after pets (when requested) 
  • Managing supplies of cleaning products

Requirements
  • 5 years’ experience (work for a private family or 5* hotel)  
  • English speaking 
  • Experience in handling hi-tech cleaning equipment  
  • Driving license
  • Flexible 
  • Discreet and trustworthy 
  • Pet-friendly person 

Schedule
  • 9 hours/day (from 7a.m – 4p.m)
  • Occasional working evenings 
  • Saturday and Sunday – days off
  • High salary for the right candidate + bonuses 
  • Car provided 
  • Start – January 15, 2016
