UHNWI is looking to hire a Luxury Properties Maintenance Manager for his different properties in Paris, France.
The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all residential properties are maintained to the highest possible standards for our clients.

Vacancy duties and responsibilities
- Be responsible for the maintenance of all residential properties to the highest possible professional and practical standards;
- Act as deputy responsible person and deputise for the Head of Maintenance as required. Undertake investigations where failures occur from a technical or h&S perspective.
- Ensure that best practice Health and Safety processes and procedures are implemented and strictly adhered to by all contractors;
- Provide direction and management of the Company’s maintenance resources to enable the Company to provide the highest operational standards of all properties;
- Take responsibility for ensuring compliance with all applicable statutory and regulatory obligations related to the maintenance of all properties;
- Oversee the Schedule, document and supervise regular inspections and maintenance of all Property plant and equipment (including kitchen, electrical and mechanical and internal building fabrics) including the visits and reporting by relevant trades and vendors for the interior and exterior of the Property and including, where requested, assisting with the procurement of plant, equipment and ancillary items for seasonal projects (involving obtaining quotes and tenders and specifications/proposals) and submitting monthly reports;
- Own all maintenance agreements and monitoring performance of maintenance companies, procuring and collating all maintenance reports from relevant contractors and making recommendations where necessary to amend the scope and/or replacement for ay non-performance and submitting monthly reports;
- Keep regular commination with house managers to make sure all dates and times for maintenance and/or repair work are being co-ordinated to the highest standard;
- Have full responsibility for the maintenance of the properties, including all preventative maintenance and repair issues, as agreed in advance and submitting an monthly report identifying the monthly Planed and Unplanned maintenance and repairs;
- Review, negotiate, present views on and, when instructed, tender annual maintenance contracts to ensure efficient and effective planned maintenance of properties;
- Implement regular maintenance reporting to highlight opportunities, risk and issues relating to the effective operation of the property portfolio;
- Develop preferred contractors for high quality and timely resolution of unplanned maintenance, establishing contracts where required to ensure priority resolution;
- Be on call for the resolution of unplanned maintenance as required to ensure timely and effective resolution; and
- Work with the Head of Maintenance to agree on any damage at the Property, whether to the fabric of the Property or furnishings and fittings and undertaking all necessary investigations to determine the cause of such damage and recommending actions to prevent the recurrence of such damage.
Profile requirement
- You will be technically minded, with good knowledge of building standards and the roles and responsibilities of a customer focused service and you will ensure best practice is followed for health and safety and welfare nurturing a positive culture and ensuring full compliance with policy and company standards.
- Investigate and introduce best industry technologies, equipment, materials, and ways of working into the business to drive more efficient, effective, and optimised solutions and methodologies
- Stay current and up to date on any industry changes that may affect the supply and demand of needed products and materials and advise others of any impact.
- Work as part of the Management team to share ideas and improve operation, recommending, supporting and implementing continuous improvement activities and process and procedure improvements to optimise results and improve quality of delivery, in line with quality standards requirements delivery in line with Company and Client requirements
- Detailed knowledge of statutory Health and Safety and built environment legislations and how to ensure compliance across a diverse portfolio.
- Demonstrable experience of preparing and presenting technical and financial reports with options appraisal and recommendations.
