Full time Travelling Chef Cook Job Offer and Vacancy between Switzerland and Belgium

A family based between Brussels Belgium and Geneva Switzerland is looking for a travelling private chef cook to prepare daily meals. 
The chef will cook a wide range of cuisine (international to high class). 

The family has also three dogs. It is a full time position to start in March 2022.

Vacancy duties and responsibilities

  • Prepare daily meals for the family (breakfast, lunch, dinner)
  • Create menus according to the family’s desires 
  • Work with fresh products (there is a vegetable garden in Belgium)
  • Cook a wide range of cuisine (international, traditional and high class)
  • Set the table and serve the meals
  • Cook for the three dogs occasionally
  • Go grocery shopping, place orders 
  • Monitor food inventory, organize and manage stocks
  • Make sure the kitchen is clean and tidy at all times
  • Travel with the family (6 months in Switzerland and 6 months in Belgium)​

Profile requirement

  • Man / Woman
  • A minimum of 3 years experience in private families
  • Background working in high class restaurants is a plus
  • Trustworthy and discreet
  • Passionate about his work
  • Available to travel with the family
  • German speaker is requested
  • Enjoy being around dogs
