Our repeat client is looking to Hire Junior Butler/Fine Dining Server for a private property in Muskoka, ON, Canada. This is a temporary position; Contract duration: From the beginning of July until the end of September 2021.
The right candidate must have experience in fine dining restaurants and in high-end private service. The butler/waiter will interact with the principals, their guests and the executive chef.

Vacancy duties and responsibilities
- Proper table set up
- Provide high-end table service
- Wine service skills
- Answer menu questions
- Make drink recommendations
- Interact with the principals, guests and the chef
- Scan the room and assist the principals and guests if needed
- Clean up the tables and shut down the rooms
- Cleaning duties as required
Profil requirement
- Prior serving experience in high-end restaurants and private service
- Flexible and positive attitude
- Able to work long hours
- Professional appearance
- Knowledge about wine and beverage pairings
- Presentation skills
- Attention to detail
- Preferably based in/near Muskoka
Job Condition
- Schedule: 5 days/week (with flexibility), flexible hours
- Accommodation: This is a live-out position but the client can provide accommodation for the right candidate if needed
Junior Butler Salary
Around 250-300 Canadian dollars per day; Negotiable
