A high profile client with a family company, specializing in corporate, retail & residential property and real estate investment, based in Beverly Hills, Los Angeles, California, US, is seeking fo a Head of Family Office candidate to perform full accounting function, business management and family office management. The candidates experience in preparation of monthly reports/management reports/reconcile all GL Accounts/compile Audit Files/submission of statutory reports will be utilized to its full potential.

The candidate will be required to work very closely to the Family Director, and report directly to the Managing Director. Ideal candidates would either reside anywhere in the USA, be willing to travel weekly with short notice and eventually be willing to relocate. Vacancy duties and responsibilities
· Oversee all accounts, ledgers and reporting systems
· Maintains internal controls and safeguards for receipt of revenue, costs, program budgets and actual expenditures
· Manages accounts payable and receivable, budgeting, financial analysis, cash flow, tax accounting and relationship with payroll vendor
· Manages relationship with Investment Advisors
· Collaborates to oversee investments
· Pursues external funding and revenue opportunities to maximize ROI
· Bring new "creative" investments to the owner
· Develop "creative" ways to leverage money and obtain businesses quickly
· Assist with starting and extending business lines of credit
· Developing creative financing options
· Maintain current business lines of credit of 75,000 or above
· Required to obtain new lines of credit if needed
· You must have A+ credit (business is fine in this case)
· You will be required to act as a proxy
· Research new real estate investments
· Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations for Covid-19
· Answer calls and emails when needed
· You will be required to keep all things confidential
· Excellent written and communication skills
· Strong attention to detail
· Able to work long hours
· Able to travel with little notice
· Individual can be located anywhere since they will be required to travel weekly

Profile requirement
- Bcom qualification
- Business management degree; Accounting Degree
- 5 to 8 years’ experience in business management
- Marketing & Sales Experience with proven track record

Head of Family Office Salary
175 000 to 225 000 dollars per year based on experience and track record of the candidate.
