Morgan & Mallet International is looking for an Operational Household Staff Recruiter Manager to manage our office based in Manhattan, New-York, USA.
Morgan & Mallet International is the leading Household Staff Agency and Yacht Crew Agency, we operate all over the world with 10 agencies based in the USA, Europe, Middle East, and Africa.
Our team will provide training for the right candidate in regards to our database, client management and vision of our company. We are looking for a real manager, self-motivated and someone who likes taking on challenges.
Vacancy duties and responsibilities
- Manage Morgan & Mallet New-York Agency
- Develop the business
- Manage our leads and clients from the USA
- Use and manage the candidate database
- Recruit and train new recruiters
Profil requirement
- At least 3 - 5 years of recruitment experience
- Motivated
- Previous luxury hospitality experience
- Operational manager experience
- Must be based in New York
- French-speaking is a plus
