Resourcing Assistant Job
Morgan Mallet International Agency, based in Mayfair, London, UK is looking for a Recruitment Administrator/HR Resourcing Assistant who has excellent communication skills and administration support experience preferably within a resourcing or HR environment.
Role/Responsibilities
We are looking for a domestic staff recruitment resourcer to aid our recruiters in finding and selecting candidates that match our live vacancies.
Your role would be to vet the candidates and guide them through the initial stages of applying for the job/s they are matched to by carefully reading their CV’s and holding initial interviews to register them with our agency.
Sourcing candidates
- Using a variety of methods such as social media, job boards, internal database, networking, etc.
- Administrative Tasks: updating of internal candidate records, formatting CV's, etc
- Handling advert responses
- Interfacing with candidates via phone, email and social media in a professional, confident and friendly manner
- Screening the candidates thoroughly by interviewing them in order to produce a shortlist
- Discussing Salary, Benefits and Other Information
