We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Private Personal Assistant in London, the UK to work full-time for our repeat client, an internationally based family with three young children. The role will be based in London, UK, and requires exceptional multitasking abilities and the ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate must possess excellent knowledge of London, including familiarity with luxury brands and sources for children's clothing as well as for the Principal, if necessary.
As the family recently relocated to London, they anticipate spending approximately 50% of their time in the city, typically for 10-day stays. Therefore, flexibility and availability are essential during their time in London. During periods when the family is away, the Private PA will work remotely and have some downtime.
Start Date: As soon as possible.

Vacancy duties and responsibilities
- Manage the family calendar
- Make reservations for restaurants, opera, and other events
- Conduct research on ongoing events and make necessary reservations
- Run personal errands, such as visiting the dry-cleaners
- Source and purchase clothing and items for the children and, if required, for the Principal
- Ensure the house is prepared for the family's arrival by coordinating with a cleaning company and supervising cleaners
- Ensure the house is cleaned and secured when the family departs
- Schedule and oversee maintenance and repair works, coordinating with contractors
- Coordinate travel arrangements
- Liaise with the private chef, nannies, chauffeur, and other team members based overseas (executive and personal assistants, etc)
Profile requirement
- Previous experience in a similar position with a proven track record and excellent references
- Based in London with an in-depth knowledge of Central London
- Familiarity with luxury stores and brands
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Exceptional multitasking abilities and the ability to excel in a high-pressure environment
- Seeking a long-term commitment
- DBS checked
