We are looking for an Executive Assistant for a company located in the 8th arrondissement of Paris, to manage the agenda and administrative tasks of the Chairman of the Board.
The position is a part-time permanent contract, to be filled as soon as possible.

Vacancy duties and responsibilities
- Managing the agenda and professional travel arrangements
- Handling expense reports
- Managing emails and phone calls
- Various administrative support tasks
- Preparing meeting rooms
- Ordering breakfast and lunch
- Organizing internal events
- Making various reservations (taxis, restaurants, etc.)
Profile requirement
- Male/Female
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role in a high-end environment
- Organized and structured person
- Strong service-oriented mindset
- Proactive and dynamic individual
- Autonomous and versatile
- Fluent in English and French
- Trustworthy individual
- Ability to demonstrate discretion
- Senior profiles are welcome
