One of our UHNW clients is looking for a professional, experienced House Manager who will be responsible for the day-to-day functions of the property.
We are looking for a tactful, professional, polite and polished individual who is able to maintain the utmost confidentiality at all times.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the organisation, cleanliness and tidiness of the property ensuring all tasks are completed with a reasonable time frame to the highest possible standards.

Vacancy duties and responsibilities
- Prepare nutritious and delicious meals for the household daily, ensuring dietary preferences and restrictions are accommodated.
- Manage all laundry needs, including washing, ironing, folding, and organizing clothes and linens.
- Maintain an organised and tidy household by overseeing the organisation of belongings, storage spaces, and common areas.
- Perform regular and thorough cleaning tasks throughout the house, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Procure groceries and household supplies as needed, and run errands to fulfill any other household requirements.
- Assist in meal planning and grocery shopping, considering dietary preferences and meal schedules.
- Help with the planning and preparation of special events or gatherings hosted at the residence, including setting up and serving meals.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with the employer regarding household needs, preferences, and any issues that may arise.
Profile requirement
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a private household setting, with demonstrated proficiency in cooking, cleaning, and household management.
- Proficient cooking skills with the ability to prepare a variety of cuisines and dishes to a high standard.
- Strong organisational abilities to efficiently manage household tasks, schedules, and resources.
- Meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of housekeeping from cleaning to laundry to organisation.
- Excellent time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines within a dynamic household environment.
- Demonstrated discretion and respect for the privacy and confidentiality of the household and its occupants.
- Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and schedules, including occasional evenings or weekends if required.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for running errands and transportation purposes.
Job Conditions

- Hours: Full-time.
- Monday to Friday, 10:00 am - 6:00 pm
