We are seeking a dedicated and organized Live-in House Manager to join our client's household in Fayetteville, Arkansas, the USA.
The client is a single mother with a bustling design consulting practice and two young children, she is looking for someone who can provide comprehensive support to maintain the smooth operation of their home and family life. The ideal candidate should be pro-active, well-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing a range of tasks with efficiency and care.
The client also employs a full-time live-out nanny and a housekeeper.
This is a permanent full-time position starting in or before October 2023.

Vacancy duties and responsibilities
- Meal planning
- Run personal errands
- Handle dog grooming / vet care scheduling and appointments
- Pay household bills
- Buy groceries and house supplies
- Iron and manage closets
- Organize and keep the house in order
- Ideally watch the children and make dinner from 4pm-6pm during the week between when the nanny leaves and the client's workday ends
- Ideally, someone who is happy to stay with the children (with nanny support) overnight occasionally when the client has work travel
Profile requirement
- Proven experience in household management or a similar role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Pro-active individual
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Willing to commit for a long period of time
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
- Willingness to adapt to varying tasks and responsibilities
- Someone open to travel would be preferred
- Valid US driver's license
- Eligible to work in the US
Job Conditions
- Full-time 5.5 days a week (Monday to Friday and a few hours on Saturday)
- An attached apartment to the family home which has been freshly renovated and has its own outdoor space and entry.
- A car could be provided
House Manager Salary
To be discussed depending on experience and skillset.
