Our client based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates is looking for a competent and energetic individual with prior work experience as a House Manager.
For cultural reasons we are looking for a Female House Manager / Butler, who will be responsible for the day-to-day management and maintenance of a large high-end residential 10-bedroom Villa for a private family and ensure efficient operations of the household.
This is a new created role, reporting to the Operation Estate Manager.

Vacancy duties and responsibilities
The main responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:
• Staff Management: Supervise, train and manage an entourage of approximately 10 household staff (cooks, maids, drivers, etc.)
• Coordinate with various contractors, suppliers/vendors, service people and all other non-household employees
• Ensure supervision is provided and the best quality of work is achieved with adherence to the exact household standards and expectations
• Lead by example
• Inspire, coach and motivate staff to work efficiently and effectively and ensure their work is up to
very high standard in terms of service, maintenance and presentation
• Create and manage full household inventory
• Care for silver, china, antiques, fine art and other specialist items
• Ensure that supplies are always replenished, and spares are stocked
• Plan, organise and coordinate events and liaise with event organisers, caterers etc.
• Greet and look after all guests and visitors
• Ensure a high level of security is always maintained
• Perform all other miscellaneous tasks as requested by the Principals

Profile requirement
• Over 5 years’ experience in house management and / or 7* hotels
• Professional, responsible, efficient, discreet and highly organised
• Good communicator with effective oral and written communication skills
• Fluent in English
• Excellent leadership, training and development skills
• Knowledge of etiquette and protocol
• Ability to pre-empt work
• Effective analytical, planning and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritise and efficiently deliver results in a timely manner
• Ability to quick understand the Principals likes and dislikes
• Flexible availability including daytime, evenings, weekends and major holidays with time off given in lieu during quieter times
• Hold a valid driving licence
• Have experience of working with people across a broad range of cultures and backgrounds
• A humble, positive attitude

Job Condition

House Manager Salary
from AED 25,000 depending on experience
