Businessman based in London, United Kingdom, is looking to hire a personal assistant M/F to replace the assistant currently in post.
There will be a transfer and informations transmission between the current personal assistant and her replacement.

Vacancy duties and responsibilities
- Assist the employer in his daily tasks and anticipate his needs
- Update and manage the calendar as well as professional and personal appointments
- Assistance with administrative tasks (medical appointments, reimbursement of medical expenses, etc.)
- Reservation of restaurants, plane tickets, driver, …
- Real estate management (France, England, Switzerland, Spain): rental, administrative management, acquisition, renovation, recruitment, house staff accounting
- Organization of events such as wedding anniversary
- Communication with the service providers of each property
- Booking travel (hotels, tickets, transport, etc.)
- Management of house staff (recruitment, employment contract, planning, absence, payroll, training, etc.)
- Administrative management of family residences: Acquisition, renovations and sales of properties, routine maintenance
- Mailbox management
- Management of the insurance portfolio: calls for tenders, monitoring of claims, monitoring of medical refunds.
- Management of valuables: inventories, transport, renovations, insurance
- Vehicle management: acquisition, sale, import/export of vehicles, updating of documents, renovation and maintenance work.
- Administrative, legal and accounting follow-up of companies
- Administrative follow-up with the various tax specialists
- Maintaining expenses and verifying payments
- Management of postal mail for each company
- Administrative follow-up with banks / follow-up of payments / opening of bank accounts
- Booking travel, keeping the professional diary, tracking business travel expenses, paying business invoices, creating and tracking various files, writing and correcting correspondence
- Respond to the employer's request at any time and also on weekends if necessary
- Travel between France, United Kingdom and/or Luxembourg.
Profile requirement
- M/F
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position (personal assistant/management/family office)
- Hotel experience preferred
- Trustworthy and discreet
- Writing skills
- Speak French (native), fluent in English and have good notions of Spanish
- Great autonomy in his work
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proactive, reactive and dynamic person
