We are looking for a House Manager (M/F) for our client with a property in Courchevel.
The candidate will provide reliable support to the client on a daily basis, ensuring that the property is perfectly maintained and satisfying the client's needs.
The candidate will supervise and manage an existing team.
This is a home-based position on a fixed-term contract for 2 months (with the possibility of renewal) with accommodation on site.

Vacancy duties and responsibilities
- Maintain a high level of service on the property
- Supervise and organize the work and schedule of the team for efficient results.
- Ensure that all house procedures are in place and duly applied by all house staff.
- Supervise all daily operations, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently.
- Respond to guests' needs during their stay.
- Housekeeping: Oversee all matters related to housekeeping, including cleanliness, organization and functionality.
- Daily assistance: Assist our guests with their daily tasks and needs, ensuring that their requirements are met promptly.
- Personnel management: Manage existing house staff, coordinating their activities and ensuring the smooth running of daily operations.
- Housekeeping: Regularly inspect and maintain all house facilities, ensuring that they are in perfect working order.
- Communication: Maintain open and frequent communication with the team, providing updates on household matters, requirements and schedules.
- Purchasing supplies: Responsible for purchasing supplies, food and household items. Must be able to effectively manage travel for purchases.
- Flexibility: Be available at short notice to respond to customer needs, knowing that some tasks may require immediate attention.
Profile requirement
- At least 3 to 5 years' experience in a similar position.
- Team player with positive energy and attitude.
- Honest, discreet, responsible and totally trustworthy.
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
- Calm and able to handle high-pressure situations with courtesy.
- Fluency in English
