Our client, a Family Office based in Monaco, specialized in wealth management and financial investments for a wealthy family, is seeking a Director of Operations (M/F).
The position requires on-site presence with occasional travel as needed.

Vacancy duties and responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Family Office, including coordinating financial, legal, and administrative services
- Supervise and lead a multidisciplinary team to ensure efficient execution of tasks and projects
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and systems to optimize operational efficiency
- Liaise with external service providers such as banks, law firms, and wealth managers
- Manage relationships with family members and act as the primary point of contact for their requests and needs
- Monitor financial and operational performance, identifying improvement opportunities and recommending solutions
- Ensure compliance with regulations and standards, including tax and regulatory compliance
Profile requirement
- University degree in finance, business management, law, or related field
- Proven experience in operational management, preferably within a Family Office, private bank, or wealth management firm
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment
- In-depth knowledge of financial products, investment instruments, and legal structures
- Strong analytical skills and ability to make informed decisions based on data
- Fluency in French and English, with knowledge of other languages being an asset
Job Condition
- Job Title: Director of Operation (M/F) of Family Office

- Place of Work: Monaco
- Employment Contract: Full-time Monegasque permanent contract, managerial status (45 hours per week). Health insurance and provident fund covered at 60% by the employer
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday
Estate Manager Salary
Starting from €8,000 net monthly, depending on experience
