A UHNW client is seeking a talented Chef, who loves his/her job and who’s willing to continue learning, who understands the Moroccan/Mediterranean cuisine in its traditions but also with the capacity to suggest fusion and revisited versions of it with other types of cuisine with a modern touch.
Cook for the client’s receptions (dinners, lunches & tea times) - the receptions are usually for an average of ten people, once or twice a week and the menus are usually adapted to Moroccan cuisine but with a modern touch and a beautiful dressing.
Cook for the client’s family - home family food / simple tastes.
Cook for the standing receptions (fine canapés, finger food etc.) the receptions are usually for an average of twenty people, twice a month.

Vacancy duties and responsibilities
- Create weekly menus for dinners
- Purchase groceries from local stores and farmers' markets to ensure the highest quality ingredients.
- Plan and execute meals in accordance with the client's preferences, dietary requirements, and restrictions.
- Pastry chef added bonus
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and equipment.
- The chef manages the kitchen alone and can have external help for big events.
- Ensure that meals are prepared on time and to the highest standards.
- Ensure smooth operation during group events
- Manage inventory and keep track of kitchen supplies.
- Research and experiment with new recipes to keep menus fresh and exciting.
- Ability to prepare meals for small and large groups (up to 10- 20 people).

Conditions
- Typical Working Week : One lunch for 3/4 people on Monday
- One dinner for 10 or one standing reception for 20 people on Wednesday
- One or two - Tea times on Tuesday and Saturday.
