An UHNW client living in San Francisco is looking for a professional Estate Manager who can efficiently manage multiple properties with pools, lawns and gardens. This is a full-time position. a car is provided for work needs.
Requirements
- Minimum of three years similar work experience
- Good business skills in areas of planning, and organisation
- Well educated (advanced Property related degree is a plus)
- Flexibility in the working hours, according to the employer's needs
- Ability to solve problems fast
- Creative and intuitive thinking
- Be technically savvy with smart-home systems
- Resourceful, professional, discreet
- Fluent English
- Ability to travel
- Driving licence
Duties and responsibilities
- Providing system and procedure protocol development for all properties
- Project managing of building and renovations
- Organizing repairs and maintenance in properties
- Managing the land in properties
- Coordinating all travel arrangements and assisting with guest accommodations
- Event planning and management
- Recruiting and training staff
- Organising work schedules and supervision of other staff members
- Administration and management of budgets
Accommodation
This is a live-out position.
Salary
Salary negotiable, depending on the profile and experience
Trial period – 4 weeks
Schedule
- Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 5:30 pm (flexibility required)
