- At least three years' relevant experience
- Knowledge of software packages
- Understanding of principal's needs
- Effective organisational skills
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Fluent English
- Responsible, discreet, hardworking
- Flexible and available to work on-call
- Ability to travel
- Stress-resilient
- Driving licence
Duties and responsibilities
- Diary and schedule management
- Managing the principal's calendar and meeting schedule
- Helping with preparation of meeting materials
- Helping with recruitment procedures
- Liaising with and managing household staff
- Organising business and social events
- Organising personal and business trips
- Managing correspondence and phone calls
- Managing purchases and personal shopping
- Booking a table at restaurants, tickets for different events
- Making travel arrangements and preparing documents
- Travelling with the principal when needed
