House Manager Job Offer and Vacancy
UHNW family is looking for a qualified House Manager in order to manage and maintain their 15 000 square feet property in Manhattan, USA. The candidate need to have strong house management ability and will be responsible for the building process.
Requirements
- 3 years’ experience working as a House Manager
- Fluent English
- Good knowledge of New-York
- Able to work independently
- Excellent communication skill
- Qualified and professional
- Hands-on
- Flexible
- Presentable
- Discreet
- Driving licence
Duties and responsibilities
- Managing the house staff and arrange their schedules
- Assist the Lady of the house
- Liaising with the staff, contractors, sub-contractors and designers
- Recruitment of additional staff members
- Provide feedback about the building process
- Managing the household budget and report on the expenditure
- Managing all of the salaries of the staff
- Being able to organise reception/part if necessary
- Running errands
Schedule
5 days per week
The working hours will be discussed with the right candidate.

Accommodation for the House Manager is provided (bedroom, en-suite and kitchenette).
