Secretary in Dubai, United Arab Emirates
We are currently looking for an experienced private secretary for a royal family in Dubai.
You must be effective and proactive in diary management, very well organised with an outstanding attention to detail and the ability to multi-task. You should also be a good team-player.
You will also be expected to provide excellent customer service and represent the royal family in professional manner at all times. This includes helping to deliver marketing communications and record business development meetings.
You must be flexible and prepared to work beyond the normal 9am-5pm office hours when necessary. You must also have sufficient IT skills, in particular using the Microsoft Office suite (primarily Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) and be a good typist with knowledge of common formal formatting options.
You will also be expected to use a specific document management system and the firm's pre-established document templates. All documents must be thoroughly proof-read and changed as appropriate.
The candidate will also be responsible for financial services, such as preparing bills required by fee earners, preparing AML documentation and obtaining relevant documentation from clients as required by fee earners.
Good mathematics skills and English essential. Arabic language is a plus, but not essential.
You must be reliable, co-operative and have a professional approach to work. You should also communicate in a positive and constructive manner, interact with diplomacy and sincerity, and demonstrate effective listening.
