A HNW family with 5 kids between 4 to 15 years old, is looking to Hire a House manager to look after their residence in USA and co-work with the other teams in Asia.
The position will be mainly based in San Francisco, California, USA.
The House Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the property to maintain the highest standards, staff management, travel management, shopping, etc…He will also be in charge of co-work or provide guidance of other team members in different regions.
The ideal candidate must speak English. This is a permanent live-in position to start as soon as possible. The accommodation will be provided: a small and separate pool house in the Same property in San Francisco

Vacancy duties and responsibilities
- Make sure the smooth running of the whole household
- Supervision of domestic staff (chef, cleaners, gardeners, chauffeur, etc)
- Recruiting and training the household staffs when needed
- Supervise the work of the housekeeper
- Planning, organizing and coordinating events and other social activities
- Manage personal and business calendars when needed
- Running household errands
- Liaising with vendors and suppliers
- Managing daily expenses, finance and budgets
- Coordination and handling of personal requests
- Receiving guests and visitors
- Do the grocery shopping for the family
- Driving the principals (airport, shopping, etc…)
- Responsible for coordinating and monitoring all required maintenance and repairs
- Travel arrangements for the family when requested (flight, hotel, etc…)
- Checking the mails
- Ensure that the surveillance system is always working
- Manage the personal calendar of the employers
- Packing and unpacking
- Make sure the residence is ready before the family arrives
Profile requirement
- Minimum 3 years experience working within private families
- Flexibility and adaptability
- A high degree of confidentiality, integrity and discretion
- Good manners and strong attention to detail
- Someone very humble, polite and trustworthy
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Multitasking personality
- Driving license
- Speaking English is a must
- The highest level of discretion and diplomacy
- Flexibility is required

- Working hours : 5-6 days per week between 8am to 8pm (flexibility required
House Manager Salary
Between $ 100 000 - $ 150 000 (depending on the profile)
