Lovely family with 2 kids aged 9 and 13 are looking to hire a House manager for their residence in Cambridge, United Kingdom.
The House Manager will be responsible for providing the day-to-day running of the property to maintain the highest standards and efficiency, property and household management, staff management, travel management, administrative and general support, etc…
The ideal candidate will be discreet and trustworthy, highly motivated, quick to learn and excellent problem-solving skills and have a proven track record in House Management for HNW and UNHW Clients with a minimum of 4 years of experience.
This is a permanent live-out position to start as soon as possible.

Vacancy duties and responsibilities
- Make sure the smooth running of the whole household
- Supervision of domestic staff (manage and resolve conflict)
- Recruiting and training the household staffs
- Planning, organizing and coordination events and other social activities
- Liaise with healthcare providers on health screening requirements, medical check-ups, doctor visits, and specialist consultations
- Organising appointments (meeting, appointment, etc…)
- Organise flights, accommodation, land tours, car rental, local transfers, local guides, culinary and special experiences, etc.
- Manage personal and business calendars
- Running household errands
- Managing house finance and budgets
- Coordination and handling of personal requests
- Receiving guests and visitors
- Help the housekeeper during the any events and when needed
- Do shopping for the family
- Maintain up-to-date record of personal data including passport, residency card, photographs, driving license, etc.
Profile requirement
- Minimum 4 years experience in private family
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Being responsible, efficient, discreet and organised
- High degree of confidentiality, integrity and discretion
- Good manners and strong attention to detail
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Driving license
- Speaking English is a must
Conditions
- 5 days/week from 7am to 7pm with 2 hours break in between

Depending on profile
