Job description

We are seeking, on behalf of our client, a Personal Assistant / Property Manager who will act as a true lifestyle facilitator in their day-to-day life, while overseeing the logistical and administrative coordination of multiple real estate assets.

Responsibilities

  • Organize travel arrangements (flight tickets, train bookings, taxis, etc.).
  • Manage hotel and restaurant reservations.
  • Coordinate private appointments, errands, and ad hoc services.
  • Manage calendars and schedules.
  • Conduct online research (travel, various services, etc.).
  • Handle administrative follow-up (mail management, email sorting, invoice processing, tracking quotes and payments, etc.).
  • Maintain filing systems and document organization.
  • Oversee administrative management of property-holding companies (SCI).
  • Manage administrative follow-up of the vehicle fleet (insurance, maintenance, contracts, appointment scheduling, etc.).
  • Oversee the operational and organizational management of properties in France (French Riviera, Haute-Savoie).
  • Ensure the smooth running and overall upkeep of the various residences.
  • Coordinate with staff present across the different properties (house preparation, readiness).
  • Coordinate and assist with the organization of receptions or dinners (table setup, invitations, décor, catering, etc.).
  • Monitor rental activity for certain properties.
  • Act as the main point of contact for service providers (contractors, suppliers, etc.).
  • Coordinate and follow up on maintenance and service interventions.
  • Manage logistics related to the transfer of personal belongings between properties.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience supporting a senior executive, Family Office, or managing multiple properties.
  • Dynamic, proactive, autonomous, and well-organized.
  • Strong ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • High sense of responsibility and flexibility required.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Basic IT and administrative skills (internet, applications, Word, etc.).
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • French required; English is a plus.
  • Comfortable around pets (2 dogs in the household).
  • Valid driver’s license required.

Work conditions

  • Position: Personal Assistant / Property Manager (M/F)
  • Location: Versailles (78), France
  • Start Date: As soon as possible
  • Contract Type: Full-time permanent contract (39 hours per week)
  • Working Hours: To be defined

Salary

€3,900 – €4,500 gross per month, depending on experience
