Job description
A family based in Dubai Hills is seeking an experienced, discreet, and highly organised Live-In Nanny/Housekeeper to join their household. This position is suited to a candidate with proven experience in UHNW (Ultra High Net Worth) private homes, who understands high household standards and professional boundaries.
This is not a traditional nannying role. The children are two boys aged 8 and 10, and care is focused on supervision, routine support, and maintaining structure rather than hands-on childcare. The role requires someone confident working with older, independent children in a calm and supportive manner.
The household employs additional staff, including a chef and another housekeeper. While the children are at school, the successful candidate will support the housekeeping team. When the children are at home, responsibilities will shift to assisting with their routines and wellbeing.
Responsibilities
- Providing supervision and routine support for two school-aged boys (8 and 10 years old) when they are at home.
- Supporting after-school routines, preparing simple snacks, and ensuring a safe, structured environment.
- Assisting with housekeeping duties during school hours in coordination with another housekeeper.
- Daily cleaning, tidying, and maintaining the household to UHNW standards.
- Laundry, ironing, and wardrobe organisation.
- Scheduled deep cleaning and household organisation.
- Working collaboratively with other household staff to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the home.
Requirements
- Proven experience working in UHNW private households is essential.
- Previous experience in a nanny housekeeper or similar blended role with older children.
- Comfortable providing support rather than traditional nannying care.
- Highly detail-oriented, organised, and professional in approach.
- Discreet, calm, and respectful of privacy.
- Strong team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Reliable and seeking a long-term role within a private family environment.
