Job description
Family is looking for a Guardian Couple to take care of the whole cleaning (inside/outside) of their secondary property located in Cap d’Antibes, French Riviera, France.
Duties & responsibilities
- General housekeeping (bedrooms, bathrooms, floor, windows…)
- Keeping the property clean and presentable at all times
- Specific care of valuable objects
- Linens changing, bedding
- Laundry and ironing duties
- Preparation of light meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner)
- Table service, Clear up and keep clean the kitchen after each use
- Gardening, Planting flowers and mowing the lawn
- Maintaining the cleanliness of the garden, the paths & terraces
- Maintenance & cleaning of the pool
- Running errands, budget management
- Chauffeur for the family
- Cars maintenance (cleaning inside/outside)
- Small repairs (painting, plumbing, electricity)
- Liaising with contractors and suppliers
- Reporting to the owner
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar position
- Speaking in French / English
- Driving licence for at least one of the couple
- Honest and thrustworthly
- Serious and hardworker
- Flexible and available
- Discreet and careful
- French speaking, English a plus
Starting date: As soon as possible
Employment contract : Permanent
Live-in position: Beautiful furnished apartment
Probation period : 3 months
Salary : 4 000 euros/net/month
