Job description
Italian UHNWI is looking for a professional and organized House Manager to manage their properties in Milan, Como in Italy and other properties in the world.
Responsibilities
Ensuring smooth running of the property
Overseeing the household staff (5-12 pax)
Managing the household staff schedules
Hiring and training new Domestic staff
Managing the household budget (salaries, bills, etc.)
Financial and budget reporting
Liaising with contractors, suppliers and sub-contractors
Reporting to the Principal
Running personal errands
Management of new building project
Requirements
5 years experience as a House Manager for private families
Must be Bilingual Italian/English
Excellent managerial and organizational skills
Leadership skills
Detail-oriented
Responsible and well-organized
Discreet, flexible and trustworthy
Travelling with family
