Job description
UHNW client living in Moscow, Russia is looking for a professional House and Estate Manager to run his properties in Russia and abroad as well as assist him with other tasks. The candidate should have extensive experience in management and administration and be very professional.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience as a House/Estate Manager for private families and homes
- Experience of private property management in Russia and abroad (villas, mansions)
- Fluent English, French and Russian
- Degree in economics as an advantage
- Experience in architecture and design, landscape development
- Ability to establish and upkeep the highest standards of living for the family in villas and mansions
- Knowledge of legal aspects in property management and acquisition in Russia and abroad
- Excellent management skills
- Ability to resolve and execute all tasks and assignments of a highly demanding employer
- Driving license
- Ability to travel
Duties and responsibilities
- Management of the mansion in Russia and other estates abroad
- Personnel management in all the estates
- Liaising with suppliers and contractors
- Making real estate transactions with foreign clients
- Assistance in the organization of receptions, auctions and other family events
- Assistance in purchasing different luxury items (paintings, etc.)
- Traveling with the principal and his family
- Performance of other client’s personal requests

This is a live in position. A separate room in the house for the domestic personnel is provided.
