Job description
The Housekeeper (M/F) will provide meticulous cleaning and organization services for the estate. Ensure that assigned areas of the property are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and orderliness.
This role requires attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to work independently. General housekeeping duties, deep cleaning, laundry and windows.
Responsibilities
Cleaning & Maintenance:
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living spaces, and hallways.
- Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize surfaces to ensure the estate remains pristine.
- Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces as needed.
- Ensure proper care and cleaning of high-end furnishings, fabrics, and finishes.
Linen & Laundry Care:
- Change and launder bedding, towels, and other linens as required.
- Laundry, iron and press clothing or linens when needed.
Organizational Duties:
- Maintain the organization of closets, pantries, and storage areas, as needed.
- Ensure supplies such as cleaning products, toiletries, and household items are restocked and neatly stored.
Specialized Tasks:
- Care for delicate or valuable items (e.g., antiques, artwork, or silver).
- Assist with seasonal deep cleaning projects or preparation for events, as directed.
Requirements
Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of professional housekeeping experience, preferably in large estates or private home luxury properties.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of deep cleaning techniques for high-end materials and surfaces.
- Ability to handle sensitive and valuable items with care.
- Excellent time management to complete tasks efficiently within the scheduled day.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and move light furniture or equipment, as needed.
- Capability to be on your feet and perform manual cleaning tasks for extended periods.
Professionalism:
- High level of discretion and respect for privacy.
- Trustworthy and reliable with strong attention to detail.
Work conditions
• Title of the position: Housekeeper, Part-time.

• Workplace: Glendale/Pasadena area.
• Employment contract: Permanent, Long-term.
• Work schedule: 2-3 days a week (8-10 hours per day).
