Job description
We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Travelling Butler (M/F) to join a dynamic team serving a high-profile principal.
This is a unique and rewarding opportunity for an experienced individual who is passionate about travel and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional personal service to the principal and their guests.
- Proactively anticipate needs and resolve issues efficiently, without requiring constant direction.
- Assist with travel arrangements, logistics, and day-to-day coordination while on the move.
- Ensure smooth operations in diverse environments, including private residences and hotels.
- Safeguard discretion, confidentiality, and security always.
- Maintain and manage wardrobes, packing/unpacking, and care of personal items.
- Oversee service delivery, including meals, events, and ad-hoc requests, with the highest level of detail and professionalism.
Requirements
Passport-ready and enthusiastic about international travel on short notice.
Fluent in English, with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrates initiative, quick problem-solving abilities, and a flexible mindset.
A team player, able to work collaboratively while maintaining a professional demeanor.
Respects cultural nuances, traditions, and protocols.
Not a "yes sir" individual but someone who can respectfully provide advice, take charge when necessary, and work independently.
Background in service for high-profile individuals, such as heads of state, royal families or in security roles, is highly desirable.
Experience in VIP protocol, luxury settings, or similar elite environments.
Other Requirements
Must possess a valid passport and be able to travel internationally without restrictions.
High level of physical fitness and stamina to handle demanding schedules.
Full discretion, impeccable manners, and a respectful attitude.
