Responsibilities
- Talent Sourcing & Screening
Identify, attract, and evaluate top candidates for luxury household roles, including butlers, housekeepers, chefs, chauffeurs, personal assistant, nanny and more.
- Client Relationship Management
Work closely with high-net-worth individuals and their representatives to understand staffing needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Interview Coordination
Conduct detailed candidate interviews to assess skills, experience, and alignment with client requirements.

- Candidate Placement
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to final placement, ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and candidates.
- Database Management
Maintain and update the internal candidate database with accurate and up-to-date information.
- Networking
Build and maintain strong professional networks to source high-caliber candidates and stay informed on industry trends.
- Compliance
Ensure all recruitment processes adhere to legal and company standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably within luxury staffing, hospitality, or private service industries.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and candidates.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in using recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems, and social media platforms for talent acquisition.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive client and candidate information.
- Knowledge of the luxury market and private household staffing is highly desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related field is preferred.
