Job description
We are looking for a Property Manager (M/F) to manage a corporate property portfolio in Dubai.
The role involves overseeing 7–10 properties, including villas and apartments, with responsibilities spanning leasing, tenant management, market analysis, and property transactions.
Ideal candidates will have a background in property management, finance, real estate, or legal matters. This position requires strategic thinking and market insights to support decisionmaking.
This is a full-time, permanent role to be filled as soon as possible.
Responsibilities
- Manage the leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations for 7–10 properties.
- Handle property transactions (buying and selling) in collaboration with the CFO, including negotiations and documentation.
- Track off-plan projects and stay informed about market trends and developments.
- Develop tenant strategies to ensure high-quality leases.
- Oversee supplier contracts, invoice reviews, and service quality.
- Provide weekly updates and detailed reports on property operations, tenant statuses, and market trends to the principal and CFO.
- Monitor budgets, conduct financial analyses, and manage portfolio expenses.
- Ensure compliance with local laws and contractual obligations, utilizing legal knowledge when necessary.
Requirements
- Experience in property management, especially corporate or commercial properties, or family office.
- A background in legal, finance, or real estate advisory services is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of Dubai’s real estate market and regulations.
- Familiarity with off-plan properties and market dynamics.
- Excellent organizational, negotiation, and communication abilities.
- Capability to work independently from a home office and attend meetings with principal and CFO.
- Excellent Proficiency in English with strong attention to detail in written communication.
- A UAE driving license and access to a personal vehicle are advantages.
