Job description
Client seeks a professional, detail-oriented, responsible housekeeper (M/F) to join a private household in Pebble Beach, CA.
This role requires a polished individual with experience in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization in a luxury environment in a five bedroom, six bath home, with a three-car garage.
Responsibilities
- Housekeeping Duties
Perform daily cleaning and upkeep of the entire residence, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, polishing, washing, and organizing.
- Laundry and Garment Care
Manage washing, ironing, steaming, and organizing clothing (hand wash delicate items) and linens with attention to delicate and high-end fabrics.
- Organization
Maintain impeccable order in all areas of the residence, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, dining, living, pantries, laundry and storage spaces.
- Guest Services
Provide seamless service to the client and their guests, ensuring comfort and meeting individual preferences.
- Stocking and Supplies
Monitor household supplies and restock as needed, including cleaning materials and personal items. Familiar with non-abrasive cleaning supplies for stone, tiles, marble, mother of pearl sinks.
- Special Requests
Assist with pet care, packing/unpacking for travel or other ad hoc tasks as directed.
Requirements
- Prior experience as a housekeeper with a minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a private household or luxury hospitality setting
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and products for fine materials and finishes.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to always maintain discretion and confidentiality.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and schedules.
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.

Work conditions
- Work Schedule: Three (3) days a week (ideally Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 9:00am-5:00pm
- $250 monthly stipend towards health insurance.
- NDA will be required.
Salary
$35 - $40 hourly (salary paid twice monthly), depends on experience.
