SEO Strategy and Management

• Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to maximize organic traffic and visibility for Morgan & Mallet Group websites.
• Conduct ongoing keyword research to identify new opportunities and optimize existing content.
• Create and manage SEO roadmaps with clear, actionable goals.
• Align SEO efforts with the company's overall business objectives in collaboration with the founders.

On-Page Optimization

• Perform thorough on-page audits to identify improvement areas.
• Optimize website architecture, internal linking, and content for better search engine crawling and indexing.
• Ensure all website pages are optimized for target keywords and provide an excellent user experience.

Content Optimization

• Create SEO-friendly content tailored to each target market (USA, UK, Europe, and the Middle East).
• Develop compelling, keyword-rich meta titles, descriptions, and headers.
• Advise on content length, format, and structure to boost rankings and engagement.

Technical SEO

• Work with the WordPress developer to ensure websites meet technical SEO best practices.
• Monitor and resolve crawl errors, broken links, and indexing issues.
• Optimize website speed and mobile-friendliness to enhance user experience and SEO performance.

Competitor Analysis and Performance Tracking

• Analyze competitor SEO strategies to identify gaps and opportunities.
• Use tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, and Ahrefs for performance tracking and data-driven decision-making.
• Report regularly on SEO progress, traffic trends, keyword rankings, and ROI.

Link Building

• Develop and execute white-hat link-building strategies to enhance domain authority.
• Establish partnerships with relevant websites for high-quality backlinks.

Collaboration

• Coordinate with the Google Ads team to create a cohesive search marketing strategy.
• Work with the social media team to ensure campaigns complement SEO efforts.
• Guide the graphic designer on optimizing visual content for search engines.

SEO Training and Updates

• Stay updated on the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices.
• Train team members on SEO basics to foster a collaborative, search-optimized culture.
