Morgan & Mallet Group specializes in luxury staffing solutions for high-net-worth individuals and businesses. As part of our growth strategy, we are seeking a Senior SEO Specialist to lead and optimize the organic search performance of our portfolio of websites.
Join our collaborative team of 8, including WordPress developers, social media marketers, a graphic designer, and our founders, and work closely with our Google Ads team to expand our visibility across the USA, UK, Europe, and the Middle East.
As a Senior SEO Specialist, you will manage and implement SEO strategies to drive organic traffic, improve rankings, and increase visibility in our key markets.
This role requires a proactive, data-driven individual who thrives on achieving results and staying ahead of search engine algorithm updates.
Responsibilities
SEO Strategy and Management
- Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies for the Morgan & Mallet Group websites to maximize organic traffic and visibility.
- Perform ongoing keyword research to identify new opportunities and optimize existing content.
- Create and manage SEO roadmaps to ensure clear, actionable goals are set and met.
- Collaborate with the founders to align SEO efforts with the company’s overall business objectives.
On-Page Optimization
- Conduct thorough on-page audits to identify areas for improvement.
- Optimize website architecture, internal linking, and content to enhance search engine crawling and indexing.
- Ensure all website pages are optimized for target keywords and user experience.
Content Optimization

Create SEO-friendly content tailored to each target market (USA, UK, Europe, and the Middle East).
- Develop meta titles, descriptions, and headers that are keyword-rich and compelling.
- Advise on content length, format, and structure to boost rankings and engagement.
Technical SEO
- Collaborate with the WordPress developer to ensure websites meet technical SEO best practices.
- Monitor and resolve crawl errors, broken links, and indexing issues.
- Optimize website speed and mobile-friendliness for better user experience and SEO performance.
Competitor Analysis and Performance Tracking
- Analyze competitor SEO strategies to identify gaps and opportunities.
- Use tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, and Ahrefs to track performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Report regularly on SEO progress, traffic trends, keyword rankings, and ROI.
Link Building
- Develop and execute white-hat link-building strategies to enhance domain authority.
- Build partnerships with relevant websites for high-quality backlinks.
Collaboration
- Work alongside the Google Ads team to create a cohesive search marketing strategy.
- Coordinate with the social media team to ensure campaigns complement SEO efforts.
- Provide guidance to the graphic designer on optimizing visual content for search engines.
SEO Training and Updates
- Stay informed on the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices.
- Train team members on SEO basics to foster a collaborative, search-optimized culture.
Requirements
- Proven experience (10+ years) as an SEO Specialist or similar role.
- Expertise in using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, and Screaming Frog.
- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and best practices.
- Solid knowledge of technical SEO, on-page optimization, and content strategy.
- Experience in international SEO, including optimizing for multiple markets and languages.
- Familiarity with WordPress and basic HTML/CSS.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a remote or in-office team.

Speak English, French is a plus.
